Understanding Yourself & Others (UYO)™ was first taught in 1972 for the purpose of helping inspire people to find direction and peace in creating global cooperation. UYO™ opens your heart and mind to an alternative view of how to accomplish your goals and dreams. It provides accelerated pathways to help you more easily and quickly gain positive insight, arrive at new conclusions, and take new actions, leading to greater ease and effectiveness in achieving your goals. UYO™ is based on the concept that everything we say or do is centered around the relationships in your life, including and especially, the relationship you have with yourself.

UYO™ will show you the limits within some of your current beliefs and help you move to new higher-potential beliefs that are aligned with how you choose to express yourself now.

You will learn how to approach new information and possibilities through the building of a team.

You will solidify a clear dream, and a more expanded belief system supporting the thoughts, actions and feelings necessary to achieve your dreams.

You will learn principles, guidelines, and practical tools for living your life, which will inspire you to live life more fully with less effort on your part.
